MEET DR. EBONIE PRITCHETT
Dr. Ebonie Pritchett is a leader who puts integrity into practice. Now serving as a Vocational Counselor I, she draws on a career that spans law enforcement, cybersecurity, and executive consulting to help organizations—and the people within them—become stronger and more capable.
Dr. Pritchett’s foundation in public service was built during her five years as a police officer with Washington, DC’s Metropolitan Police Department. There, she became known for her steady judgment and quick, thoughtful decisions during critical situations. That real-world experience shapes the way she helps organizations streamline operations, improve compliance, and turn complex policies into practical outcomes.
In her current role as a Vocational Counselor I, Dr. Pritchett advises government agencies, law enforcement, and mission-driven organizations. She’s recognized for connecting technical expertise with genuine empathy—whether she’s optimizing business processes, supporting neurodiverse adults and veterans, or guiding individuals and families through career and education choices. Alongside her counseling work, she also serves as a Qualified Mental Health Professional-Trainee, offering specialized support to those navigating mental health challenges.
Dr. Pritchett holds a doctorate in strategic leadership, a master’s degree in cybersecurity, and a bachelor’s in sociology. This blend of analytical skill and compassion informs her approach to every challenge, with a focus on clarity, professionalism, and helping organizations thrive—even under pressure.
Raised in Petersburg, Virginia and now based in the DMV, Dr. Pritchett is committed to mentorship and community engagement. Her leadership philosophy is straightforward: Serve with purpose, act with integrity, and lift others up.
